Location and Landscape


Corbett National Park is located in the foothills of the Himalayas and is near the popular hill station Nainital. This park covers the land of Nainital districts, Almora, and the Pauri Garhwal. The total area of the Corbett National Park is around 1318.54 sq. km. Out of the total area, 520 sq. km forms the core zone, while the remaining area is designated as the buffer zone. This division supports wildlife conservation and gives a safe experience to the visitors.
