  1. All safaris are operated and managed by the Forest Department of Corbett.
  2. Once a safari is booked and confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  3. Safari zones are allocated based on availability and may be changed accordingly. No specific zone is guaranteed.
  4. Please ensure booking details entered by you are accurate. Mismatch could lead to problems during the safari.
  5. After booking, you will receive a confirmation along with vouchers or an invoice. It might take up 24 hours.
  6. Any hikes in prices by the forest department or hotel without prior notice, the additional cost must be paid by you. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the safari tour.
  7. For hotel booking a minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid either during hotel check-in or at the start of your tour.
  8. If booking not by any technical issue or unavailability from our side then a full refund for the safari tour will be initiated and it will take 7 working days.
  9. We are not responsible for any theft/damage/accidents during the tour.
  10. Prices may increase during festivals or extended holiday weekends.
  11. Kindly make payments only in the official company bank account or through our payment gateway.
  12. Wildlife Adventure India accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
  13. If you deny to pay the remaining balance after paying the advance, your booking will be cancelled and the advance will not be refunded.
  14. Booking confirmations and vouchers will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or printed hard copy.
  15. Any dispute arising from this booking shall be handled exclusively by the courts located in New Delhi.

Safari Cancellation Policy

All safari bookings made through corbetttrip.com, including Gypsy Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before completing your safari reservation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel cancellations are subject to the following charges based on the number of days before your scheduled check-in:

  • 30 days or more prior to arrival – 10% of the total hotel cost will be deducted.
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival – 30% of the hotel cost will be charged.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival – 40% of the hotel cost will be charged.
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival – 50% of the hotel cost will be charged.
  • Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show – No refund will be issued.
